The Agricultural Co-operation of Tinos Cyclades strongly supports the inscription of the Aegean Diet in the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity of UNESCO. Our institution, in the framework of its mission and its active and leading role in the local and the South Aegean community, is willing to contribute, through its actions and activities, to the preservation, promotion and spreading of the Aegean diet as a multifaceted cultural asset of great importance.
